探讨中医实例教学法对促进学生成绩提升以及评判性思维能力发展的作用

摘要 目的探讨中医实例教学法对促进学生成绩提升以及评判性思维能力发展的重要影响与作用。方法本研究选取2021年8月—2022年1月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院中医专业实习学生共50名作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成两组,对照组学生25名,观察组学生25名。对照组按照常规方法展开中医教学活动,观察组按照中医实例教学方法展开中医教学活动。比较两组出科成绩、中医药文化知识掌握情况、沟通技能以及评判性思维。结果观察组的出科成绩、中医药文化知识掌握情况、沟通技能评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。评判性思维评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中医实例教学法展开专业教学活动,对促进学生成绩提升以及评判性思维能力发展有积极影响,值得在教学活动中推广应用。 Objective To explore the important influence and role of TCM case-based teaching method in promoting the improvement of students'performance and the development of critical thinking ability.Methods This study selected a total of 50 Chinese medicine internship students in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from August 2021 to January 2022 as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 25 students in the control group and 25 students in the observation group.The control group carried out TCM teaching activities according to conventional methods,and the observation group carried out TCM teaching activities according to the teaching methods of TCM examples.The two groups were compared in terms of their graduation scores,knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine culture,communication skills and critical thinking.Results The scores of graduation,Chinese medicine cultural knowledge and communication skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of critical thinking was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying TCM example teaching method to carry out professional teaching activities has a positive impact on promoting the improvement of students'performance and the development of critical thinking ability,and it is worthy of promotion and application in teaching activities.
