创新型管理模式在感染科护士管理中的实施效果

摘要 目的探讨创新型管理模式在感染科护士管理中的实施效果。方法选取2022年1—8月赤峰市医院感染科护士26名为研究对象,其中,2022年1—4月纳入的13名护士为对比组,2022年5—8月纳入的13名护士为研究组,前者采取常规护理管理,后者采取创新型管理模式,针对两组管理效果、护理质量、管理满意度及不良事件展开调查评估。结果研究组实践操作、理论水平、沟通技巧、服务理念、风险意识等评分均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组基础护理、健康教育、感染控制、心理护理评分高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护士管理满意度较对比组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护患纠纷、投诉、护理差错等事件发生率明显低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为提高感染科室的护士管理效果,可在该科室管理工作中落实创新型管理模式,有促进护理质量作用,在减少护患纠纷等不良事件,提高护士管理满意度方面有重要意义。 Objective To explore the implementation effect of innovative management mode in the management of infectious disease nurses.Methods 26 nurses from the Department of Infectious Diseases of Chifeng Hospital from January to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,13 nurses who were included from January to April 2022 formed a comparative group,and 13 nurses who were included from May to August 2022 formed a research group.The former adopted routine nursing management,while the latter adopted innovative management mode.A survey and evaluation was conducted on the management effectiveness,nursing quality,management satisfaction,and adverse events of the two groups.Results The practical operation,theoretical level,communication skills,service concept,and risk awareness of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of basic nursing,health education,infection control and psychological nursing in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nurses'management satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nurse-patient disputes,complaints,and nursing errors in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to improve the management effect of nurses in the infection department,the innovative management model can be implemented in the management of the department,which can promote the quality of nursing care,reduce adverse events such as nurse-patient disputes,and improve nurse management satisfaction.
