不同手术器械清洗消毒的方法应用分析

Application Analysis of Different Mmethods of Cleaning and Disinfection of Surgical Instruments

目的探讨不同手术器械清洗消毒方法。方法随机抽取2019年12月—2020年12月寿光和信医院消毒供应室中的80件手术器械,通过随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组40件。对照组采用常规手术器械清洗消毒方法,观察组采用改良手术器械清洗消毒方法。比较两组清洗消毒结果。结果观察组包装、清洗及无菌率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组湿包率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腹腔镜手术器械的把手、轴关节、咬合齿、凹凸槽合格率高于对照组,差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良手术器械清洗消毒方法能提高腹腔镜手术器械的清洗消毒效果,确保患者安全。

Objective To discuss the cleaning and disinfection methods of different surgical instruments.Methods A total of 80 surgical instruments in the disinfection supply room of Shouguang Hexin Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group by random method,with 40 pieces in each group.The control group was treated with conventional surgical instruments cleaning and disinfection methods,and the observation group was treated with improved surgical instruments cleaning and disinfection methods.The cleaning and disinfection results of the two groups were compared.Results The packaging,cleaning and sterility rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The wet package rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of handles,shaft joints,occlusal teeth and grooves of laparoscopic surgical instruments in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved cleaning and disinfection method of surgical instruments can improve the cleaning and disinfection effect of laparoscopic surgical instruments and ensure the safety of patients.
