Influence of Strengthening Pre-hospital Emergency Nursing Management on Pre-hospital Rescue Effect

目的探析加强院前急救护理管理对院前救护效果的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年8月山东省淄博市医疗急救指挥中心的10名院前急救护士为研究对象,依据抽签法将其分为两组,每组5名,对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组实施加强院前急救护理管理。对比两组管理效果。结果干预后,观察组的管理质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的出车反应时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强院前急救护理管理在院前急救工作中的应用,可以缩短出车反应时间,并减少不良事件,有助于管理质量提升。

Objective To explore the impact of strengthening pre-hospital emergency nursing management on the effect of pre-hospital emergency care.Methods 10 pre hospital emergency nurses from Zibo Medical Emergency Command Center in Shandong Province from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects,according to the lottery method,they were divided into two groups,5 in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing management,while the observation group implemented strengthened pre hospital emergency nursing management.Compared the management effectiveness of two groups.Results After intervention,the management quality of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The exit response time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the application of pre-hospital emergency nursing management in the pre-hospital emergency work can shorten the reaction time of departure,reduce adverse events,and facilitate the further improvement of management quality.
