摘要
目的分析规范化培训教学的模式、实施效果,研究其在肌骨超声中的具体应用情况。方法选取2020年1月—2023年1月湘潭市中心医院超声科60名肌骨超声实习、规培及进修生,按照随机数表法分为对照组、研究组,每组30名,分别实施常规教学措施、规范化培训教学。分析两组学生自我评价、综合满意度、理论知识与技能考核、对教学效果的满意度。结果研究组学生自我评价评分、综合满意度、理论知识与技能考核评分、对教学措施的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化培训教学实施后学生的满意度较高,可以帮助其提升理论知识与技能,对学生自我评价具有积极意义。
Objective To analyze the model and implementation effect of standardized training and teaching,and to study its specific application in musculoskeletal ultrasound.Methods A total of 60 musculoskeletal ultrasound practice,training and advanced students from the Ultrasound Department of Xiangtan Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 students in each group.Routine teaching measures and standardized training teaching were implemented respectively.Self-evaluation,comprehensive satisfaction,assessment of theoretical knowledge and skills,and satisfaction with teaching effect of the two groups of students were analyzed.Results Students'self-evaluation scores,comprehensive satisfaction,theoretical knowledge and skills assessment scores,and satisfaction with teaching measure in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of standardized training teaching,the students'satisfaction is high,which can help them improve their theoretical knowledge and skills,and has positive significance for students'self-evaluation.
