呼吸内科护理管理中临床护理保护的应用效果研究

Research on the Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Protection in Nursing Management of Respiratory Medicine Department

目的研究呼吸内科护理管理中临床护理保护的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月南华大学附属第三医院呼吸内科工作的护理人员17名和患者50例,设为传统管理组。选取2021年2月—2022年2月本院呼吸内科工作的护理人员17名和患者50例,设为临床保护组。比较不同组别管理后的职业归属感、各项防护能力,并对两组的管理满意程度进行计算。结果临床保护组的职业归属感、各项防护能力、管理满意程度均高于传统管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理保护的护理管理是呼吸内科常用管理方法,此法具有管理效果好、管理满意度高的优势。

Objective To study the application effect of clinical nursing protection in respiratory internal medicine nursing management.Methods 17 nursing staff and 50 patients from the Respiratory Department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of South China University from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the traditional management group.17 nursing staff and 50 patients working in the respiratory department of the hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the clinical protection group.Compared the occupational sense of belonging and various protective abilities of different groups after management,and calculate the satisfaction level of management between the two groups.Results The clinical protection group had a higher sense of occupational belonging,various protective abilities,and management satisfaction compared to the traditional management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing management of clinical nursing protection is a common management method in respiratory medicine.This method has the advantages of good management effect and high management satisfaction.
