临床路径在胸外科临床带教中的应用效果

摘要 目的探究临床路径在胸外科临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1—12月于山东省沂水县人民医院胸外科进行规范化培训的实习医师56名为研究对象。按照培训时间分成参比组(2022年1—6月进行培训,28名,行常规带教)、观察组(2022年7—12月进行培训,28名,行临床路径带教)两组。将两组考核成绩、临床工作能力、批判性思维能力进行对比。结果相较于参比组,观察组实习医师简易临床评估实习量表各项评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于参比组,观察组实习医师批判性思维能力测量表各项评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于参比组,观察组实习医师理论成绩、操作成绩以及总成绩均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胸外科临床带教中采取临床路径带教模式效果确切,有利于实习医师考核成绩提高,并可使实习医师的临床工作能力、批判性思维能力得以提高,提高实习医师对临床带教的满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway in clinical teaching of thoracic surgery.Methods 56 interns who received standardized training in thoracic surgery Department of Yishui County People's Hospital of Shandong Province from January to December 2022 were selected as study subjects.According to the training time,they were divided into two groups:the reference group(28 participants were trained from January to June 2022 and received routine instruction)and the observation group(28 participants were trained from July to December 2022 and received clinical instruction).The assessment results,clinical work ability and critical thinking ability of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the reference group,the scores of Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise in the observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the Critical Thinking Dispositions Inventory Chinese Version scores of interns in the observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the theoretical scores,operational scores and total scores of interns in the observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of adopting the clinical path teaching mode in the clinical teaching of thoracic surgery is accurate,which is conducive to the improvement of the evaluation results of the interns,and can improve the clinical work ability and critical thinking ability of the interns,and improve the satisfaction of the interns on the clinical teaching.
