PBL联合PPT教学在检验科医学实习带教中的应用

Application of PBL Combined with PPT Teaching in Laboratory Medical Practice Teaching

目的分析基于问题的学习方法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合PPT教学在检验科医学实习带教中的应用。方法选取2022年2—7月于万州区第一人民医院实习的20名检验科医学生为对照组,接受传统带教模式教学,另选取2022年8月—2023年1月于万州区第一人民医院实习的20名检验科医学生为研究组,接受PBL联合PPT教学。对比两组带教后的成绩考核、检测技术掌握程度、防护知识掌握程度和带教评价。结果带教后,研究组的理论知识、操作技能及综合能力成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教后,研究组的各项检测技术掌握程度、无菌知识和手卫生知识得分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习生对带教模式的评价满意度均优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PBL联合PPT教学,用于检验科医学实习带教中,可提高带教质量和实习生对理论知识和实操技能的掌握程度。

Objective To analyze the application of problem-based learning method(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)combined with PPT teaching in laboratory medical practice teaching.Methods 20 laboratory medical students who interned at the First People's Hospital of Wanzhou District from February to July 2022 were selected as the control group,receiving traditional teaching mode.In addition,20 laboratory medical students who interned at the First People's Hospital of Wanzhou District from August 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research group,receiving PBL combined with PPT teaching.Compare the performance assessment,mastery of testing techniques,mastery of protective knowledge,and teaching evaluation of two groups after teaching.Results After teaching,the theoretical knowledge,operational skills,and comprehensive ability scores of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the mastery of various testing techniques,aseptic knowledge,and hand hygiene knowledge scores of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation satisfaction of the teaching mode among the interns in the research group was better than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of PBL and PPT teaching can be used in laboratory medicine internship teaching,which can improve the quality of teaching and the mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical skills by interns.
