人本理念下的医院管理工作探究

Research on Hospital Management under the Concept of Humanism

人本理念从提出到大规模应用,以及发展成为成熟的现代管理常用理念,成为现代社会组织机构管理运用的必然选择。医院管理中应用人本理念,对提高医护人员的主动性和积极性,推动医疗卫生事业的发展至关重要,然而很多医院在现实管理中往往忽视了“以人为本”这一要求。文本先简单阐述了人本理念的概念和在医院管理工作中的内涵,进而明确人本理念在医院管理工作中的重要性和应用价值,简述了人本理念的具体要求,最后提出了人本理念在医院管理当中的应用策略。

The human-centered concept has been put forward to large-scale application,and developed into a mature common concept of modern management,which has become an inevitable choice for the management and application of modern social organizations.The concept of humanism is applied to hospital management,which is crucial to improving the initiative and enthusiasm of medical staff and promoting the development of medical and health services.However,many hospitals often ignore this requirement in actual management.This paper first briefly expounds the concept of human-oriented concept and its connotation in hospital management,then clarifies the importance and application value of human-oriented concept in hospital management,briefly describes the specific requirements of human-oriented concept,and finally puts forward the application strategy of human-oriented concept in hospital management.
