石油工程企业探究危险源辨识风险评价和风险控制的应用与实践

Application and Practice of Risk Assessment and Risk Control for Hazard Identification in Petroleum Engineering Enterprises

随着石油化工产业的不断发展,其生产过程当中所面临的安全事故风险也愈发严峻。如何准确辨识石油工程企业生产过程中的危险源,加强风险预测、评价与控制已成为相关从业者需要面对的重要挑战。基于此,以开展危险源辨识风险评价与风险控制作为切入点,基于ALARP框架理论对石油工程可接受风险标准界定过程进行了分析,并分别基于宏观与微观两个层面对石油工程企业风险控制策略进行了研究与阐述。结果表明,我国石油工程产业从业人员个体可接受风险标准较为宽松,只有进一步强化风险防控体系建设,做好风险分级评定与作业安全培训,才能提升石油工程企业对风险的辨识能力,降低风险来临时造成的影响,推动石化产业效益的不断提升。

With the continuous development of the petrochemical industry,the safety accident risks faced in its production process are becoming increasingly severe.How to accurately identify the hazards in the production process of petroleum engineering enterprises and strengthen risk prediction,evaluation,and control has become an important challenge that relevant practitioners need to face.This article takes the purpose of conducting hazard identification risk assessment and risk control as the entry point,analyzes the process of defining acceptable risk standards for petroleum engineering based on the ALARP framework theory,and studies and elaborates on risk control strategies for petroleum engineering enterprises from both macro and micro levels.The results show that the acceptable risk standards for individual employees in China's petroleum engineering industry are relatively loose,Only by further strengthening the construction of risk prevention and control systems,conducting risk classification and assessment,and providing job safety training,can petroleum engineering enterprises improve their ability to identify risks,reduce the impact of risks when they arise,and promote the continuous improvement of the benefits of the petrochemical industry.
