厌氧活性污泥法处理制糖废水实验研究

摘要 对化纤公司制糖车间生产废水进行了一系列厌氧生物处理实验,成功开发了快速提升厌氧活性污泥法废水处理装置处理能力的新操作工艺。进行了制糖车间废水连续流厌氧实验,验证了该工艺在不同容积负荷下的处理效果。优选实验结果表明,应用连续流厌氧活性污泥法处理制糖车间废水,水力停留时间为5d时,COD去除率可达89.9%。 A series of anaerobic biological treatment experiments were carried out on the production wastewater from the sugar workshop of the chemical fiber company.Successfully developed a new operation process to rapidly improve the treatment capacity of anaerobic activated sludge wastewater treatment plant;The continuous flow anaerobic experiment of wastewater from the sugar workshop was carried out to verify the treatment effect of the process under different volume loads;The optimized experimental results show that the COD removal rate can reach 89.9%when the hydraulic retention time is 5 days when the continuous flow anaerobic activated sludge process is used to treat the wastewater from the sugar factory.
