摘要
以齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂加氢裂化装置发生的“4.24”火灾事故为背景,阐述氢气报警器的安装规范性对装置生产的安全性和重要性,并对生产装置的氢气报警器的安装高度是否符合设计规范进行了排查。按照GB/T 50493-2019《石油化工可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警设计标准》,对生产装置中发现的不合规氢气报警器提出整改方案,并对这些方案进行了对比探讨。
Based on the"4.24"fire accident occurred in the hydrocracking unit of Shengli Refinery of Qilu Branch,this paper describes the importance of the installation standardization of hydrogen alarm to the safety and production of the unit,which led our factory to check whether the installation height of the hydrogen alarm in the production unit conforms to the design specifications.According to GB/T 50493-2019"standard for design of combustible gas and toxic gas detection and alarm for petrochemical industry",rectification schemes are proposed for unqualified hydrogen alarms found in production units,and these schemes are compared and discussed.
