硅氧负极材料项目工程设计

摘要 对锂电池硅氧负极材料工艺路线、制备方法、厂房设备布局进行了探讨,分析对比了各工艺路线的优劣区别,对硅氧负极材料生产工艺进行物料平衡计算,讨论了硅氧负极材料厂房土建及公辅管道选材设计,为提升硅氧负极材料技术水平和制造能力提供参考。 In this paper,the technological route,preparation method and plant layout of silicon oxygen negative material for lithium battery were discussed,the advantages and disadvantages of each technological route were analyzed and compared,the material balance calculation of silicon oxygen negative material production process was carried out,and the material selection design of silicon oxygen negative material workshop construction and public auxiliary pipeline was discussed,in order to provide reference for improving the technical level and manufacturing capacity of silicon oxygen negative material.
