基于虚拟绩效视角的长江经济带物流产业能源效率时空演进及影响因素研究

Research on Space-time Evolution and Influencing Factors of Energy Efficiency of Logistics Industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt Based on Virtual Performance Perspective

摘要 传统三阶段DEA模型和超效率模型都存在异质性前沿面问题,进而导致跨期效率值不具有可比性,因此,文章构建了基于虚拟前沿面的三阶段Window-DEA模型,对长江经济带11省在2010—2020年的物流产业能源效率以及其影响因素和时空演进特征进行研究。结果表明:(1)长江经济带的实际物流产业能源效率值分层明显,但并不严格按照“下游>中游>上游”的阶梯状分布;(2)科学技术创新和环境规制这两个环境变量通过显著降低能源投入冗余和劳动力投入冗余,进而显著提升物流产业能源效率,而开放水平的提高则会显著降低资本投入冗余,进而对物流产业能源效率具有显著提升作用;(3)长江经济带11个省份的物流产业能源全要素生产率都呈现持续增长态势,增长动力主要来自物流技术的进步,长江经济带中游省份的物流产业能源效率水平正向长江经济带下游省份的水平追赶,但长江经济带上游省份与中下游的差距却仍在扩大。针对以上结论,提出了关于提升长江经济带物流产业能源效率的建议。 Both the traditional three-stage DEA model and the super-efficiency model have the heterogeneity frontier problem,which leads to the non-comparability of the inter-temporal efficiency value.Therefore,this paper constructs a three-stage Window-DEA model based on the virtual frontier to study the energy efficiency of the logistics industry in the 11 provinces of the Yangtze River economic belt from 2010 to 2020,as well as its influencing factors and space-time evolution characteristics.The results show that:(1)The actual energy efficiency of the logistics industry in the Yangtze River economic zone is stratified obviously,but it is not strictly in accordance with the ladder distribution of"downstream>midstream>upstream";(2)The two environmental variables,scientific and technological innovation and environmental regulation,can significantly improve the energy efficiency of the logistics industry by significantly reducing the redundancy of energy input and labor input,while the improvement of openness will significantly reduce the redundancy of capital investment,and thus significantly improve the energy efficiency of the logistics industry;(3)The total factor productivity of the logistics industry in the 11 provinces of the Yangtze River economic belt has shown a sustained growth trend,and the growth impetus is mainly from the progress of logistics technology.The energy efficiency level of the logistics industry in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt is catching up with the level of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt,but the gap between the upper reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt is still expanding.In view of the above conclusions,suggestions are put forward to improve the energy efficiency of logistics industry in the Yangtze River economic belt.
