摘要 为了分析影响冷链物流供应链韧性的关键因素,文章建立了TISM-ANP-TOPSIS综合评价模型。在构建冷链物流供应链韧性评价指标体系的基础上,运用全解释结构模型(TISM)分析指标要素之间的关系,梳理指标层次结构。进而通过网络层次分析法(ANP)和优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)识别关键影响因素,评估了4家冷链供应链的韧性水平,同时验证了模型的有效性。结果表明:政府政策支持、企业财务实力是最重要的影响因素,评估结果对冷链供应链的韧性发展具有一定的指导意义。 In order to analyze the key factors affecting the resilience of cold chain logistics supply chain,this study establishes a TISM-ANP-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model.On the basis of constructing the resilience evaluation index system of cold chain logistics supply chain,the relationship between the index elements is analyzed by using total interpretive structure model(TISM),and the index hierarchy is sorted out.Furthermore,network analysis method(ANP)and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)are used to identify the key influencing factors,evaluate the resilience level of the four cold chain supply chains,and verify the validity of the model.The results show that government policy support and enterprise financial strength are the most important influencing factors,and the evaluation results have certain guiding significance for the resilient development of cold chain supply chain.
