关于军事物流基地平面布局规划的探讨

科学合理的平面布局是确保军事物流基地保障效能充分发挥的重要前提和基础,也是影响现代军事物流网络高效通联运行的关键因素。针对当前军事物流基地平面布局规划存在的问题,指出布局规划时应坚持以军事需求为牵引,合理布置功能区,优化交通系统,并加强基地内设施的前瞻性和可拓展性设计,按照需求分析、功能布局、综合交通规划、仿真优化四阶段开展规划设计,并针对需求量预测、功能分区及规模测算、功能区布局、道路交通规划、建模仿真等关键环节提出有关军事物流基地平面布局规划的相关建议和考虑,为指导军事物流基地建设提供一定的基础理论支撑。

Scientific and reasonable plane layout is an important premise and foundation to ensure the full play of the support efficiency of military logistics base,and is also a key factor affecting the efficient operation of modern military logistics network.In view of the problems existing in the current plane layout planning of military logistics base,it is pointed out that the layout planning should adhere to the military needs as the traction,reasonably arrange functional areas,optimize the traffic system,and strengthen the forward-looking and extensibility design of facilities in the base.The planning and design should be carried out according to four stages as demand analysis,functional layout,and comprehensive traffic planning and simulation optimization.In addition,relevant suggestions and considerations on the layout planning of military logistics base are put forward according to the key links such as demand prediction,functional zoning and scale calculation,functional area layout,road traffic planning,modeling and simulation,providing certain basic theoretical support for guiding the construction of military logistics base.
