基于世界技能大赛技术规范的货运代理沉浸式模拟训练研究

Research on Immersion Simulation Training for Freight Forwarding Based on the Technical Descriptions of the WSC

世界技能大赛货运代理赛项对接社会需求,要求参赛选手具备极强的实践能力、灵活应变能力和综合能力,对货运代理实训教学是一种极大的挑战。目前我国货运代理实训教学缺乏具有实践经验的师资团队、实训软件设计思路简单固化、缺乏灵活性和综合性,无法满足实际岗位工作灵活多变的要求。针对这些问题,文章提出沉浸式模拟训练的方法,通过对世界技能大赛技术规范进行深入研究,构建沉浸式模拟训练系统,并以“报价磋商”为例演示实施路径,优化现有评价体系,检验最终成果。

The WSC freight forwarding events meet the needs of the society,requiring the competitors to have strong practical、flexibility and comprehensive ability,which is a great challenge to the freight forwarding training teaching.At present,there is still a lack of teachers with practical experience in the training teaching of freight forwarding in China,and the design of training software is simple and solidified,and lacks flexibility and comprehensiveness,which can not meet the flexible requirements of the actual job.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the method of immersion training.Through research on the technical descriptions of the WSC,it constructs an immersion training system,and takes"quotation negotiation"as an example to demonstrate the implementation path,optimize the existing evaluation system,and test the final results.
