摘要
从高职院校教学秘书的视角出发,文章提出了基于PDCA理论的教学管理模式,旨在解决线上线下融合教学中暴露出的诸多管理问题,帮助任课教师“能开课、开好课”,督促学生“会学习,愿学习”。基于此,在保证教学进度和教学质量的同时,实现了学生线上线下实质等效的学习效果,创新并完善了教学管理体系,使教学管理工作更加规范、科学。
From the perspective of teaching secretary in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward a teaching management mode based on PDCA theory,aiming at solving many management problems exposed in online and offline integrated teaching,helping teachers to set up good courses and urging students to learn.Based on this,while ensuring the teaching progress and teaching quality,it realizes the substantially equivalent learning effect of students online and offline,innovates and improves the teaching management system,and makes the teaching management more standardized and scientific.
