高职教师教学能力的数字化转型路径分析

摘要 近年来,随着大数据、量子科技、云计算、区块链等新兴技术的快速发展,当前社会逐渐步入全新的数字化时代,高职院校的教育模式与教学重点均产生了变化。在此背景下,高职教师既要积极响应教学改革号召,在提高自身教学能力的同时,科学地分析研究数字化新兴技术人才等社会需求;还要以数字化转型为核心,持续探索教学模式改革,以推动职业教育的高质量创新发展。基于此,文章围绕高职教师的教学能力与数字化转型概述展开研究,深入分析了高职教师教学能力数字化转型的现实意义及实施路径,旨在为高职教师提供合理的建议。 In recent years,with the rapid development of new skills such as big data,quantum technology,cloud computing and regional chain,the current society is gradually entering a brand-new digital generation,and the teaching mode and teaching focus of colleges and universities have taken on new patterns.Under this background,higher vocational teachers should not only meet the requirements of teaching reform,but also scientifically analyze and study social needs such as digital new skilled talents while improving its own teaching ability.It is also necessary to explore the reform of teaching mode with the digital core,so as to promote the high-volume new exhibition of education.Based on this,this paper focuses on the teaching ability of higher vocational teachers and the overview of digital transformation,and deeply analyzes the practical significance and implementation path of the digital transformation of higher vocational teachers'teaching ability,aiming to provide reasonable suggestions for higher vocational teachers.
