叶片倾角对燃料电池低比转速离心压气机性能的影响研究

摘要 建立了某燃料电池汽车专用低比转速离心压气机三维仿真模型,研究其叶轮叶片倾角对于压气机整体性能的影响作用与流动机理。研究结果表明:在设计工况点附近叶片倾角0°与20°时相比压气机压比、效率无明显变化,大流量下叶片倾角20°效率、压比均有所降低。低转速时叶片倾角改变对于压气机功率影响作用较小,但当转速提升至60000 r/min后,20°倾角相对0°倾角压气机整体功率下降了约2%。 This paper establishes a 3D simulation model of a special low specific speed centrifugal compressor for a fuel cell vehicle to study the influence of impeller blade angle on the overall performance of the compressor and the flow mechanism.The results show that there is no significant change in compressor pressure ratio and pressure ratio when the blade angle is 0°and 20°near the design working condition,but the efficiency and pressure ratio are reduced when the blade angle is 20°at large flow rate.At low speed,blade angle change has little effect on compressor power,but when the speed increases to 60000 r/min,the overall power of compressor with 20°angle decreases by about 2%compared with 0°angle.
