摘要
为解决ZJ116B细支卷接机组前道烟丝束紧头密度较低而造成的空头剔除率较高问题,通过对质量调整、烟丝束成形相关零部件的功能原理进行研究分析,发现了一项影响烟支紧头密度大小的重要因素,设计了行之有效的技术改进方案。通过增加质量调整轮摆臂长度,根据不同的目标质量改变削刷点上方吸丝带支撑导辊的直径,改善了烟丝束成形质量。以“泰山(颜悦)”牌号细支烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:对前道改进后,紧头最大密度平均值提高了17.59 mg/cm^(3),与后道趋于一致,总体空头剔除率降低了0.26%,双道烟支同质化水平显著提升。该技术可为各型卷接机组改善烟丝束成形质量提供方案参考。
To solve the problem of high loose-end rejection rate caused by low density at the densed end of the front tobacco rod in ZJ116B slim cigarette maker,through the research and analysis of the functional principle of the components related to tobacco rod weight control and trimming,a key factor affecting the density of cigarette end is found,the effective technical improvements are designed and applied.On the front tobacco rod passage,by increasing the length of the oscillating arm of the adjustment roller,changing the diameter of the support guide roller of the suction tape above the trimming point according to different target weights,the tobacco rod trimming quality is improved.The modified ZJ116B cigarette maker is tested on slim cigarettes of brand“Mount Tai(Joyousness)”.The results show that the average maximum density of the front tobacco rod densed end increases by 17.59 mg/cm^(3),tend to be consistent with the corresponding value of the rear rod.The total loose-end rejection rate decreases by 0.26%.The homogenization level of double rod passages is significantly improved.This technology can provide a reference for various types of cigarette maker to improve the trimming quality of tobacco rod.
