摘要
船用设备的抗冲击性能研究对于提高舰船生命力具有重要意义,文中基于模态叠加法对一高压风机进行抗冲击仿真,模态叠加法提高了仿真计算的经济性。整个仿真流程包括前处理、求解设置和后处理,得到高压风机受三向冲击时的最大应力,与铝材料的条件屈服强度进行对比,验证该高压风机具有抗三向冲击的性能。对船用设备的结构设计和仿真计算具有一定的指导作用。
The impact resistance performance study of marine equipment is of great significance for improving the vitality of ships.This paper simulates the impact resistance of a high-pressure fan based on the modal superposition method,which improves the economy of simulation calculations.The entire simulation process includes preprocessing,solution setting,and post-processing to obtain the maximum stress of the high-pressure fan under three-dimensional impact,which is compared with the conditional yield strength of aluminum material to verify the performance of the high-pressure fan in resisting three-dimensional impact.It has a certain guiding role in the structural design and simulation calculation of marine equipment.
