This paper mainly introduces the problems encountered in the use and maintenance of the piston oxygen compressor in the 20000 m^(3) oxygen system of a copper company,and puts forward the solutions to the related problems.Through the fault analysis and working principle of the equipment in the process of use,the maintenance quality is improved,and the operation reliability of the equipment is improved,so as to achieve the purpose of high efficiency and stable production.
