摘要
研究了某型动车组用空气弹簧达到报废年限后其金属部件是否能够在现有技术要求下继续使用,通过对产品的结构、部件使用前后的性能对比、重新组装后的系统试验等,验证了金属部件性能的可靠性及稳定性,得出在一定程度上金属部件具备继续使用的价值,能够进一步提高金属部件的使用率。
This paper mainly studies whether the metal parts of a certain type of EMU air spring can continue to be used after reaching the scrap life under the existing technical requirements.Through the structure of the product section and the comparison of the performance of the parts before and after use,system test after reassembly,this paper verifies the reliability and stability of the metal parts.To a certain extent,the metal parts have the value of use,which further improves the utilization rate of the metal parts.
