摘要
设计了一种齿轮差动式恒速传动装置,在分析其内在传动原理的基础上,对两个输入和一个输出之间的转速、转矩及功率关系进行了推导。并设计一组齿轮参数作为实例,代入推导的关系式中,进而分析实例中各物理量之间的量化关系,总结出实例中两个输入之间的工作范围。利用Romax建立实例仿真模型,对推导结果进行验证。结果表明,采用文中的方法正向推导的齿轮差动式恒速传动装置的转速、转矩和功率关系完全正确,为齿轮差动式恒速传动产品的正向设计分析提供了一种方法。
A gear differential constant speed device is designed.Based on the analysis of its internal transmission principle,the relationship of speed,torque and power between two inputs and one output is deduced.A set of gear design parameters are substituted into the derivation relationship and used as an example,and then the quantitative relationship between the physical quantities in the example is analyzed,and the working range between the two inputs in the example is summarized.Romax is used to establish an example simulation model to verify the derivation results.The results show that the relationship between speed,torque and power of the gear differential constant speed transmission device derived by the method in this paper is completely correct,which provides a method for the forward design analysis of gear differential constant speed transmission products.
