摘要
对敞车下侧门折页与下侧门板之间自动焊焊缝存在的自动焊覆盖率低、用工需求大、焊接气孔、收弧缩孔等问题进行了分析,通过对自动焊设备、焊接跟踪方式、焊接环境、焊接程序等方面进行优化,实现了下侧门组成的节拍化流水作业,下侧门折页与下侧门板之间的12条焊缝全部实现自动化焊接,焊接质量大幅度提升,生产线用工需求降低了22%。
This paper analyzes the problems of automatic welding seam between the lower side door hinge and the lower side door panel of gondola car,such as automatic welding coverage,large labor demand,welding porosity,arc shrinking,etc.Through optimization of automatic welding equipment,welding tracking mode,welding environment,welding procedures,etc.,the rhythmic flow process of the lower side door composition is realized,and all 12 welds between the lower side door hinge and the lower side door panel are automatically welded.The welding quality is greatly improved,and the labor demand of the production line is reduced by 22%.
