基于机器视觉的低质量激光图像优化研究

摘要 为了提高图像信息的利用率,提出基于机器视觉的低质量激光图像优化方法。设计机器视觉测量系统,采集激光图像,通过计算系统PCI总线的中心位置,获取信息传输的荧光靶点,并沿该靶点将激光图像信息投影至正光通信空间,形成有序整齐的像素点阵列,并根据像素点阵列在光斑灰度、对比度、光斑强度和分辨率四个方面的表现,获取低质量激光图像的优化条件,以优化条件为基础,从图像噪声、曝光、层厚和光束螺距四个方面实现低质量激光图像的优化。实验结果表明,所提方法的低质量激光图像优化效果较好,能够获取高清晰、高质量的激光图像。 In order to improve the utilization of image information,a low-quality laser image optimization method based on machine vision is proposed.Design the machine vision measurement system,collect the laser image,obtain the fluorescent target of information transmission by calculating the central position of the PCI bus of the system,pro-ject the laser image information to the positive light communication space along the target,form an orderly and neat pixel array,and obtain the optimization conditions of low-quality laser image according to the performance of the pixel array in four aspects:spot gray,contrast,spot intensity and resolution,Based on the optimization conditions,the opti-mization of low-quality laser image is realized from four aspects:image noise,exposure,layer thickness and beam pitch.The experimental results show that the low-quality laser image optimization effect of the proposed method is better,and can obtain high-definition and high-quality laser images.
