摘要
提出激光通信系统中非平稳信号的预测模型,有效地预测激光通信系统的非平稳信号。通过分析激光通信系统信道的损耗因素,构建激光通信系统信道传输模型,通过经验模态分解方法分解激光通信系统中非平稳信号的时间序列,构建最小二乘支持向量机预测模型,寻找预测模型最优参数,经各预测模型的非线性组合后,实现激光通信系统中的非平稳信号的预测。实验证明:该模型能在不同天气状态下有效地预测激光通信系统中的非平稳信号,且预测精度在90%左右,均方根误差均未超过0.05,有较强的应用性。
A prediction model of nonstationary signal in laser communication system is proposed,which can effec-tively predict the nonstationary signal of laser communication system.By analyzing the channel loss factors of the laser communication system,the channel transmission model of the laser communication system is constructed.The time se-ries of the non-stationary signal in the laser communication system is decomposed by the empirical mode decomposition method,and the least squares support vector machine prediction model is constructed to find the optimal parameters of the prediction model.After the nonlinear combination of the prediction models,the prediction of the non-stationary signal in the laser communication system is realized.The experiment shows that the model can effectively predict the non-stationary signals in the laser communication system under different weather conditions,and the prediction accura-cy is about 90%,and the root mean square error is not more than 0.05,so it has strong applicability.
