动态公路车辆汽车衡检定与试验分析 被引量:1

摘要 公路智能化管理实质上就是利用高新技术对传统的运输体系进行改造而实现信息化、智能化、社会化的新型运输系统,从而提高交通运输的安全水平,提高道路网的通行能力和公路运输生产率,动态汽车衡在此发挥重要作用。该文从动态公路车辆汽车衡的检定条件、检定设备选择等方面,介绍具有静态称量模式动态汽车衡的静态检定方法,同时在计量性能试验中明确阐述计量置零范围、置零准确度以及预热时间。在开展现场动态试验时,需要选择合适的控制衡器,考虑车辆的选型及静态称量,注意动态称量试验的次数及速度的掌控,使得检定工作高效完成。 In essence,highway intelligent management is a new type of transportation system which uses high and new technology to transform the traditional transportation system to realize information,intelligence and socialization,so as to improve the safety level of transportation,the capacity of the road network and highway transport productivity.Dynamic automobile scale plays an important role.From the aspects of verification conditions and equipment selection of dynamic highway vehicle scale,this paper introduces the static verification method of dynamic vehicle scale with static weighing mode.At the same time,the measurement zero setting range,zero setting accuracy and preheating time are clearly described in the measurement performance test.When carrying out the field dynamic test,it is necessary to select the appropriate control scale,consider the selection and static weighing of the vehicle,and pay attention to the control of the times and speed of the dynamic weighing test,so that the verification work can be completed efficiently.
