张吉怀铁路大尧隧道下穿高速公路施工安全管理

隧道建设是铁路工程中重要施工的一环,其质量缺陷整治的安全是项目管理工作的关键问题。伴随着隧道建设过程中和建设后的各种复杂性和其他不确定性因素是目前研究的重点。该文以张吉怀铁路大尧隧道下穿高速公路为依托,基于大尧隧道的标段工程简介和隧道概况,针对交通管理困难、CD法工艺复杂、岩体破碎和预防涌水等施工重难点问题,提出相对应的工期安排、交通管制、监测断面及测点布置和下穿段隧道三台阶法掘进安全保证措施分析,研究成果可为同类型的隧道提供参考依据。

Tunnel construction is an important part of railway engineering,and the safety of its quality defects is the key issue of project management.With all kinds of complexity and other uncertain factors during and after tunnel construction,it is the focus of the current research.Based on the highway under the Dayao Tunnel of Zhangjiajie-Jishou-Huaihua Railway,based on the brief introduction of the bid section of the Dayao Tunnel and the general situation of the tunnel,in view of the difficulties in traffic management,complex CD technology,broken rock mass,prevention of water gushing and other heavy and difficult problems in construction,this paper puts forward the corresponding construction schedule,traffic control,monitoring section and measuring point arrangement,and analysis of safety assurance measures for tunneling with three-step method in the lower tunnel.The research results can provide a reference basis for the same type of tunnel.
