四探针电阻率测试管线识别技术

摘要 在城市环境下进行勘察工作,如何避免钻探损坏地下管线或建(构)筑物设施已越来越受到重视。人工挖探作为最直接的排查地下管线的方式,已在多个城市勘察工作中被采用,人工挖探至地面1.5 m以下,铁锹等工具功能受限,此时则采用洛阳铲进行洞探,在这过程中如再遇到地下障碍物就很难分辨出是否为地下管线,一旦采用机械钻进就有可能带来损坏地下管线的风险。该文从四探针工作原理出发,分析采用四探针技术测试地下障碍物电阻率,以此来判断洞探过程中所遇障碍物的材质,进而识别其是否为地下管线,为城区钻探前的挖探工作提供决策依据。测试采用自行研制设备,通过实测几种常见材质电阻率值,获取了不同材质间的电阻率差异,为本技术的实际应用提供科学依据。通过在实际生产项目中的成功应用,说明该方法技术可靠,值得推广。 Surveying work in urban environments has received increasing attention on how to avoid drilling damage to underground pipelines or buildings(structures)and facilities.As the most direct way to check underground pipelines,manual excavation has been adopted in many city surveys.Manual excavation is below 1.5 m from the ground,and shovel and other tools are limited in function.At this time,Luoyang shovel is used for hole exploration.If underground obstacles are encountered again in this process,then it is difficult to identify whether they are underground pipelines.Once mechanical drilling is used,there may be a risk of damage to underground pipelines.Starting from the working principle of four probes,this paper analyzes the use of four probe technology to test the resistivity of underground obstacles,in order to determine the material of the obstacles encountered during tunnel exploration,and then identify whether they are underground pipelines,providing decision-making basis for the excavation work before urban drilling.The test used self-developed equipment and measured the resistivity values of several common materials to obtain the differences in resistivity between different materials,providing a scientific basis for the practical application of this technology.The successful application in practical production projects has demonstrated the reliability of this method and technology,which is worth promoting.
