摘要
为进一步提升新时期教育服务乡村振兴的能力和水平,该文对教育部“一村一”计划下衍生的专项业务——“村(社区)‘两委’干部学历提升”项目学员采取现实情况的问卷调查,并进行三个梯度的统计分析。首先,客观呈现当前学员学习现状,主要从培养模式、专业设置、教学实施和成效反馈等方面体现。其次,系统总结现阶段项目发展瓶颈。主要来自于政府支持广度不够;学校专业选配与学员需求、教学管理与学员特征难以高度贴合,课程与实践教学形式固化等;学员自身的学习功利性强、“工学”时间分配矛盾、知识构架薄弱等。最后,针对问题反馈,提出政府、学校、学员三方共力从政策解读及落实、管理及教学模式思考、“内生”提升力转变等方面推进该项目接续发展,同时为电大开放教育人才培养提供可借鉴经验。
In order to further improve the ability and level of education to serve rural revitalization in the new period,this paper makes a questionnaire survey on the actual situation of the students of the project"upgrading the academic qualifications of the cadres of the two committees of the village(community)",which is derived from the"one village,one cadre"plan of the Ministry of Education,and carries on the statistical analysis of three gradients.First of all,it objectively presents the current learning situation of students,mainly from the aspects of training mode,specialty setting,teaching implementation,effect feedback and so on.Secondly,it systematically summarizes the bottleneck of project development at this stage.It mainly comes from the lack of breadth of government support,the difficulty of matching majors in schools with students'needs,teaching management and students'characteristics,the solidification of curriculum and practical teaching forms,etc.Students'own learning is utilitarian,the time distribution of"engineering and learning"is contradictory,and the knowledge framework is weak.Finally,in view of the problem feedback,the paper puts forward that the government,the school and the students should work together to promote the continuous development of the project from the aspects of policy interpretation and implementation,management and teaching mode thinking,and the transformation of"endogenous"lifting power.at the same time,it can be used as a reference for the personnel training of open education in RTVU.
