乡村振兴背景下基层产业发展研究——以贵州省H村为例

在乡村振兴的背景下,如何发展基层产业成为重中之重的大事。该文以贵州省H村为例,围绕H村产业发展面临的农民思想固化、经济基础薄弱及产业投放不适宜等问题导致的各项产业难以按照预期效果实施,陷入“项目搁置”的状况,提出要转变农人观念,多举措补足产业资金链,加强基层人才队伍建设及因地制宜发展产业。以期实现乡村振兴工作有序推进,人民幸福感日益提升。

In the context of rural revitalization,how to develop grass-roots industries has become a top priority.Taking H Village in Guizhou Province as an example,this paper focuses on the problems faced by the industrial development of H village,such as the solidification of farmers'ideas,weak economic foundation and inappropriate industrial investment,which make it difficult for various industries to be implemented in accordance with the expected results,but instead,they tend to fall into the situation of"project suspension".This paper proposes that the government should put forward the countermeasures to change the concept of farmers,take more measures to supplement the industrial capital chain,strengthen the construction of grass-roots talent team and develop the industry in accordance with local conditions,in order to achieve the orderly progress of rural revitalization and increase the happiness level of the people.
