乡村振兴背景下农业现代化的内涵及实现路径

自新中国成立以来,随着农业生产力综合水平的不断提高以及人们对于农业生产认识的不断深化,农业现代化这一概念的内涵也在不断地更新发展。通过总结目前乡村振兴背景下农业现代化内涵的全新发展,可以得出新内涵下对于实现农业现代化的新要求,即在进一步提高农业生产力综合水平以及农业的社会经济效益的同时,兼顾生态和资源环境问题。为达到以上要求,应从农业的生产体系、产业体系和经营体系3个基本角度出发制定切实可行,并且卓有成效的方案和政策。

Since the founding of New China,with the continuous improvement of the comprehensive level of agricultural productivity and the deepening of people's understanding of agricultural production,the connotation of the concept of agricultural modernization has been constantly updated and developed.By summarizing the new development of the connotation of agricultural modernization under the background of rural revitalization,we can draw new requirements for the realization of agricultural modernization under the new connotation,that is,while further improving the comprehensive level of agricultural productive forces and the social and economic benefits of agriculture,give consideration to the problems of ecology,resources and environment.In order to meet the above requirements,feasible and effective programs and policies should be formulated from the three basic angles of agricultural production system,industrial system and management system.
