关于新时代实施乡村振兴战略的几点思考

党的二十大报告立足新时代党和国家发展全局,从全面建设社会主义现代化强国的高度,提出全面推进乡村振兴战略。乡村振兴战略的提出,便是以“三农工作”为重心,提出“五大振兴”的重点部署,大力推进农业农村现代化,加快建设农业强国。该文立足当前形势,首先,从国家战略高度对乡村振兴战略重大意义进行深入分析;其次,提出对乡村振兴战略方针政策正确把握的关键点;最后,提出当前实施乡村振兴战略的几点思考,破解乡村发展难题,推进乡村振兴战略实施,助力我国社会主义现代化建设的顺利实现。

Based on the overall situation of the development of the Party and the country in the new era,the report of the 20th CPC National Congress puts forward the strategy of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization from the perspective of building a modern and powerful socialist country in an all-round way.The proposal of the strategy of rural revitalization is to focus on the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,put forward the key arrangements of the"five major aspects of revitalization",vigorously promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and speed up the construction of an agricultural power.Based on the current situation,this paper first makes an in-depth analysis of the strategic significance of rural revitalization from the perspective of national strategy;secondly,the paper puts forward the key points to correctly grasp the strategic principles and policies of rural revitalization;finally,the paper puts forward some thoughts on the current implementation of rural revitalization strategy,so as to solve the difficult problems of rural development,promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,and contribute to the smooth realization of China's socialist modernization.
