摘要
甘蔗渣是甘蔗加工的1个重要副产品,具有价格低、数量多等特点。但由于甘蔗渣的粗蛋白质含量低,纤维素和木质素含量较高,使得其在瘤胃内的消化受到抑制。将甘蔗渣进行处理不仅可以有效提高其营养价值,还能降低饲料成本。本文主要综述了经过物理和化学处理后甘蔗渣的营养价值以及饲喂价值,为甘薯渣的深入开发及其在反刍动物生产中的应用提供参考。
Bagasse is an important by-product of sugarcane processing,which is characterized by low price and large quantity.However,due to the low content of crude protein and high content of cellulose and lignin in bagasse,its digestion in the rumen is inhibited.The treatment of bagasse can not only effectively improve its nutritional value,but also reduce the feed cost.In this paper,the nutritional value and feeding value of bagasse after physical and chemical treatment were reviewed,providing reference for the further development of sweet potato bagasse and its application in ruminant production.
