考虑容量限制的虚拟电厂负荷功率动态分配系统

摘要 受分布式电源容量大小自身缺陷的影响,为虚拟电厂负荷功率分配带来了较大的阻碍。为此,提出考虑容量限制的虚拟电厂负荷功率动态分配系统设计。将容量限制纳入负荷功率动态分配约束条件中,以此为基础,设计系统软件模块,主要包括负荷功率运算模块、负荷功率动态分配模型搭建模块、约束模块与输出模块,通过软件模块的开发,实现了虚拟电厂负荷功率动态分配。其中,约束模块包括分布式电源出力极限约束、功率平衡约束与储能机组容量约束;输出模块结合动态规划算法与TS-SOA算法,制定负荷功率动态分配方案获取流程,执行制定流程即可获得最佳的负荷功率动态分配方案。实验数据显示:设计系统虚拟电厂能源消耗率最小值为5%,虚拟电厂经济效益最大值为90万元/月,证实了设计系统具有较佳的应用性能。 Affected by the capacity of distributed power generation and its own defects,it brings great obstacles to the load power distribution of virtual power plants.Therefore,the design of load power dynamic distribution system of virtual power plant considering capacity limitation is proposed.The capacity limitation is included in the constraints of dynamic load power distribution.Based on this,the system software modules are designed,mainly including load power calculation module,load power dynamic distribution model building module,constraint module and output module.Through the development of software modules,the dynamic load power distribution of virtual power plants is realized.The constraint module includes output limit constraint,power balance constraint and capacity constraint of energy storage unit;The output module combines the dynamic planning algorithm and ts-soa algorithm to formulate the process of obtaining the dynamic load power distribution scheme,and the best dynamic load power distribution scheme can be obtained by executing the formulation process.The experimental data show that the minimum energy consumption rate of the virtual power plant of the design system is 5%,and the maximum economic benefit of the virtual power plant is 900000 yuan/month,which confirms that the design system has better application performance.
