摘要
目前,华龙一号已经在国内外全面建成,并稳步在多个厂址开展建设。为了提升核电厂仪控系统的经济性,降低仪控系统的维护难度,提出了在核电厂仪控系统中可靠性平台的应用方案。在仪控系统设计过程中,使用可靠性平台进行可靠性分析论证仪控系统设计方案的可靠性水平,综合考量仪控系统设计的可靠性与经济性。在仪控系统投运后,通过可靠性分析模型为运维人员提供快速的失效影响分析,并且使用寿命分析模块辅助运维人员分析仪控系统的寿命。该方案可以降低核电厂仪控系统的设计与建造成本,便于核电厂仪控系统的维修管理、备品备件管理和老化管理。
At present,HPR1000 has been fully built both domestically and internationally,and is steadily developing construction at multiple plant sites.In order to improve the economy of the nuclear power plant instrument and control(I&C)system and reduce the maintenance difficulty of the system,an application plan for a reliability platform in the nuclear power plant instrument and control system is proposed.During the design process of the instrument and control system,a reliability platform is used to conduct reliability analysis and demonstrate the reliability level of the instrument and control system design scheme,comprehensively considering the reliability and economy of the instrument and control system design.After the instrument and control system is put into operation,a reliability analysis model is used to provide rapid failure impact analysis for operation and maintenance personnel,and a life analysis module is used to assist operation and maintenance personnel in analyzing the life of the control system.This solution can reduce the design and construction costs of the nuclear power plant instrument and control system,facilitating maintenance management,spare parts management,and aging management of the nuclear power plant instrument and control system.
