湖南省绿色金融产品与碳排放交互关系实证研究

Empirical Study on the Interaction Between Green Financial Products and Carbon Emissions in Hunan Province

借助stata软件,本研究分析了湖南省绿色金融产品与碳排放之间的交互关系。结果表明,1990—2020年,湖南省的绿色信贷发行总额呈逐年递增的趋势,绿色金融指数稳步提高;2012—2020年,湖南省碳排放总量和强度均呈现稳定乃至下降的趋势;通过线性回归分析可知,绿色金融的发展在1%的显著性水平上有助于减少碳排放总量,说明湖南省的绿色金融发展在碳减排方面起到了积极的推动作用。为更好地推进生态文明建设,湖南省应加强绿色金融产品创新,积极提高碳金融市场的发展水平,建立完善的绿色金融产品数据监测体系,提高绿色金融产品的普及率,鼓励金融机构与相关行业合作,从而拓展绿色金融产品的应用领域。

The study analyzes the interactive relationship between green financial products and carbon emissions in Hunan Province with stata software.The results show that the total amount of green credit issued in Hunan Province has shown an increasing trend year by year,and the green finance index has increased steadily from 1990 to 2020.The total amount and intensity of carbon emissions in Hunan Province showed a stable or even declining trend from 1990 to 2020.Through linear regression analysis,it can be seen that the development of green finance contributes to the reduction of total carbon emissions at the significance level of 1%,indicating that the development of green finance in Hunan Province has played a positive role in promoting carbon emission reduction.In order to better promote the construction of ecological civilization,Hunan Province should strengthen the innovation of green financial products,actively improve the development level of carbon financial market,establish perfect data monitoring system for green financial products,improve the penetration rate of green financial products,encourage financial institutions to cooperate with related industries,so as to expand the application field of green financial products.
