互助养老服务供应链模型构建及其运行机制探析

随着老年人口数量的不断增加,对养老市场的服务质量提出更高要求。在现有互联网资源及社会力量的基础上,依据“服务链”理论构建“时间银行”互助养老服务供应链模型,能有效整合互助养老服务节点企业、养老物流、养老资金流、养老信息流等要素,引导和刺激养老需求,监控和完善养老供给,保证养老服务价值共创及价值增值的实现。“时间银行”互助养老服务供应链通过智能整合、引导、协调、合作及激励机制建立起连接需求侧到供给侧的服务供应链,能够整合松散的养老服务资源,更好地满足全时空、多场景、立体化的养老发展需求,将其与我国具体国情相结合,因地制宜、创新发展,有利于探索出一条符合我国国情的养老服务新模式。

The increasing number of the elderly population puts forward higher requirements for the service quality of the elderly care market.On the basis of the existing Internet resources and social forces,the“time bank”mutual care service supply chain model is built according to the“service chain”theory,which can effectively integrate the elements of mutual care service node enterprises,elderly care logistics,elderly care capital flow,elderly care information flow,guide and stimulate the demands for elderly care,and monitor and improve the supply of elderly care to ensure the realization of value co⁃creation and value appreciation of elderly care services.Through intelligent integration,guidance,coordination,cooperation and incentive mechanism,“Time Bank”mutual elderly care service supply chain establishes a service supply chain connecting the demand side to the supply side,which can integrate loose elderly care service resources,better meet the development needs of the whole time and space,multi⁃scene and three⁃dimensional elderly care,and combine it with China’s specific national conditions,adapt to local conditions,innovate and develop.This is helpful to explore a new mode of elderly service which accords with the national condition in China.
