泸州市养老机构智慧养老服务现状及应对策略

Current Situation of Smart Elderly Care Service in Elderly Care Institutions in Luzhou City and the Countermeasures

为了解泸州市养老机构中老年人对智慧养老的认知程度、服务需求和接受意愿,本研究选取125名60岁及以上老年人进行面对面问卷调查,发现老年人对智慧养老认知程度低,购买服务的意愿不强,但接受程度尚可;对生活照料、养生保健和医疗服务的需求较高。为此,泸州应加大智慧养老的宣传力度,根据老年人需求优化产品开发,规范智慧养老产品类别,加快行业标准的建设及共享平台的构建,为解决日益严峻的养老问题提供参考。

In order to know the cognition degree,service demand and acceptance willingness of the elderly in elderly care institutions in Luzhou City,the study selects 125 elderly people above 60 years old to do face⁃to⁃face questionnaire.It is found that the elderly have a low degree of awareness of smart elderly care,and their purchase intention is not great.But their acceptance degree is general,and they have a high demand for life care,health care and medical service.It is suggested to expand the publicity of smart elderly care,optimize product development according to the needs of the elderly,standardize the categories of smart elderly care products,accelerate the construction of industry standards and the construction of sharing platform,so as to provide reference for solving the increasingly severe elderly care problems.
