工程测量专业大学生创新创业能力现状调研

Research on the Current Situation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of College Students Majoring in Engineering Surveying

工程测量专业是应用型人才的储备库,其大学生应具备一定的创新创业能力,以符合社会发展的需求。本研究采用问卷调查法对工程测量专业大学生的创新创业能力进行相关调研的结果表明,其大学生的创业人格、基本创业能力、核心创业能力、社会应对能力处于中等偏上水平,核心创业能力和社会应对能力还有提升空间,工程测量专业大学生应加强资源整合能力、创新能力、抗压能力和实践能力;不同年级学生在创新创业因子上的差异以勇气胆识、责任担当、资源整合能力和抗压能力为主。在工程测量专业人才培养中应不断改革教学手段,建立从创新思维到创业培训,校内外融合的教学实践平台,以提高大学生进行创新创业实践活动的能力。

As a reservoir of applied talents,college students majoring in engineering surveying should have certain ability of innovation and entrepreneurship to meet the needs of social development.The study investigates the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students majoring in engineering surveying with questionnaire survey.The results show that college students’entrepreneurial personality,basic entrepreneurial ability,core entrepreneurial ability and social coping ability are above the average level,and there is still room for the improvement in the core entrepreneurial and social coping ability.College students majoring in engineering surveying should strengthen the ability of resource integration,innovation ability,anti⁃pressure ability and practical ability.The differences in factors of innovation and entrepreneurship of students of different grades mainly lie in courage,responsibility,resource integration ability and ability to withstand pressure.In the training of engineering surveying professionals,we should constantly reform the teaching means,and establish the on and out of campus teaching practice platform from innovative thinking to entrepreneurial training,so as to improve college students’practical ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.
