摘要
大数据作为新型信息化技术手段,在建筑项目和工程造价领域具有较高的应用价值,能够有效配置项目资源,提高项目运行效率。从设计发展理念来看,需通过高效分析相关数据来控制工程造价过程中可能出现的风险,在保证合理控制成本的条件下进行预警并制定相关策略。从设计框架来看,要综合考虑设计、施工、技术、费用、成本等内容,合理配置项目和市场中的有限资源。从设计思路来看,应考虑项目运行流程及相关人员的系统权限,从系统的宏观角度对工程造价的每个阶段进行资源调配、协调管理、工作安排等。从设计要求来看,应实现项目各部门间的有效连通,设计出多功能、综合化的工程造价系统软件。随着大数据、云计算、人工智能化等先进技术的不断发展,项目工程造价系统将会朝着更加科学合理的方向发展。
As a new information technology means,big data has high application value in the field of construction projects and engineering costs,which can effectively allocate project resources,and improve project operation efficiency.From the perspective of design and development concept,it is necessary to control the possible risks in the process of engineering cost through efficient analysis of relevant data,and provide early warning and formulate relevant strategies under the condition of ensuring reasonable cost control.From the perspective of the design framework,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the design,construction,technology,expenses,costs and other contents,and rationally allocate the limited resources in the project and the market.From the design idea,it is necessary to consider the operation process of the project and the system authority of the relevant personnel,and carry out resource allocation,coordination management and work arrangement,etc.for each stage of the project cost from the macro perspective of the system.With the continuous development of advanced technologies,such as big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence,the project cost system will develop in a more scientific and reasonable direction.
