摘要
该试验利用生物信息学方法对羊布鲁氏菌病OMP基因的开放阅读框、理化性质、亲水性/疏水性、蛋白质二级结构、磷酸化位点/N-糖基化位点及跨膜区进行预测分析。结果表明,羊布鲁氏菌OMP基因编码171个氨基酸,等电点11.38,不稳定指数85.26,为不稳定蛋白;亲疏水平均值-0.167,属于亲水蛋白;二级结构以无规则卷曲为主,含有32个α螺旋、54个延伸链、85个无规则卷曲,45个潜在的磷酸化位点,1个N-糖基化位点。
The experiment used bioinformatics methods to predict and analyze the open reading frame,physical and chemical properties,hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity,protein secondary structure,phosphorylation sites/N-glycosylation sites and transmembrane regions of Goat OMP gene.The results showed that the whole length of Goat OMP gene was 171 amino acids,isoelectric point was 11.38,instability index was 85.26,it was an unstable protein,the average value of hydrophobicity was-0.167,it was a hydrophilic protein;the secondary structure was mainly irregular curl,containing 32αhelices,54 extension chains and 85 irregular curl,45 potential phosphorylation sites and 1 N-glycosylation site.
