利用斑马鱼神经行为学毒性特征评估外源性重金属镉暴露的健康风险 被引量:1

Assessing the Health Risks of Exogenous Heavy Metal Cadmium Exposure by the Neurobehavioral Toxicity Characteristics of Zebrafish

摘要 为评估外源性重金属镉暴露对斑马鱼胚胎发育毒性和对幼鱼神经发育的影响,将受精后9 h的相同发育期斑马鱼胚胎暴露于不同浓度氯化镉中72 h后,取出置于正常水质中120 h后,评估外源性重金属镉暴露下的斑马鱼胚胎发育毒性和斑马鱼神经行为毒性。结果表明,一定剂量下,斑马鱼胚胎发育异常个体增多,表现出一定的发育毒性;幼鱼运动行为学异常,表现出一定的神经行为毒性。 To evaluate the toxicity of exogenous heavy metal cadmium exposure on the embryonic development of zebrafish and its impact on the neural development of juvenile fish,post fertilization zebrafish embryos(9 hours post fertilization)were exposed to different concentrations of cadmium chloride for 72 hours.They were taken out and placed in normal water for 120 h,for evaluating the embryonic developmental toxicity and neurobehavioral toxicity of zebrafish exposed to exogenous heavy metal cadmium.The results at a certain dose showed that the number of abnormal embryonic development in zebrafish increased and exhibiting certain developmental toxicity,Juvenile fish exhibit abnormal motor behavior and exhibiting certain neurobehavioral toxicity.
