摘要
为研究海蛇亚科Hydrophiinae亲缘进化关系,本研究从GenBank网站获取30个物种的G1894基因序列,利用MEGA6.05软件计算遗传距离,采用最大似然法(ML)构建无根系统发育树。结果表明:剑尾海蛇属Aipysurus基本呈单系,只有食卵龟头海蛇Em.annulatus位于其中;真海蛇属Hydrophis呈单系;青环海蛇H.cyanocinctus与黑尾海蛇H.viperinus、细颈海蛇H.coggeri与兹韦费尔海蛇H.zweifeli、沙捞越海蛇H.brookii与斯里兰卡海蛇H.lapemoides 4对物种亲缘关系较近。
To investigate the phylogenetic relationship of Hydrophiinae, this study obtained G1894 gene sequences from 30 species through the GenBank website.Genetic distances were calculated using MEGA6.05 software, and a rooted phylogenetic tree was constructed using the maximum likelihood(ML)method. The results showed that Aipysurus has been monophyletic, with only Emydocephalus annulatus included within it.Hydrophis has also formed a monophyletic group.H.cyanocinctus and H.viperinus,H.coggeri and H.zweifeli,as well as H.brookii and H.lapemoides, have exhibited close phylogenetic relationships within each pair of species.Consequently,it can be concluded that the construction phylogenetic tree using nuclear gene in family Elapidae has been innovative, and it has been feasible in subfamily Hydrophiinae. In future studies,a combined multi-gene approach should be attempted to establish rooted trees,to increase the persuasiveness of the results.Based solely on this research, the monotypic genera Lapemis curtus and Pelamis platurus be classified within the Hydrophis clade,so it is recommended that to update the“Fauna of China”catalog.
