不同养殖环境对黄河裸裂尻鱼苗生长及成活率的影响

摘要 黄河裸裂尻鱼是我国特有的黄河上游珍稀物种,近年黄河上游生态环境日益恶化,为挽救黄河裸裂尻鱼,而异地人工繁殖保种和提高繁殖成活率,是最为有效的技术途径。本试验通过加强黄河裸裂尻鱼鱼苗培育管理技术,探索不同养殖环境下的培育管理技术,投喂饵料及养殖环境的过渡技术,提高鱼苗成活率,优化黄河裸裂尻鱼鱼苗培育管理技术。试验结果表明:刚上浮鱼苗前期在池塘培育更有利于鱼苗开口摄食,体长相对增长率为68.6%、体重相对增长率为77.6%,肥满度为22.48,均比水族缸培育期间高;在池塘培育30 d后过渡到水族缸培育,水族缸培育阶段成活率为83.2%、89.5%、94.1%、93.1%,均比池塘培育阶段成活率高。 Schizopygopsis pylzovi is a unique rare species in the upper reaches of the Yellow River in China.In recent years,the ecological environment in the upper reaches of the Yellow River has become increasingly worse.In order to save Schizopygopsis pylzovi,the most effective technical way is to artificially breed in different places to preserve the species and improve the survival rate of reproduction.Therefore,this experiment aims to improve the survival rate of fry and optimize the cultivation and management technology of Schizopygopsis pylzovi fry by strengthening the cultivation and management technology of Schizopygopsis pylzovi fry,exploring the cultivation and management technology under different breeding environments,feeding bait and transitional technology of breeding environment.The experimental results showed that in the early stage of floating fish fry cultivation in ponds,it is more advantageous for fish fry to open their mouths for feeding.The relative growth rate of body length is 68.6%,the relative growth rate of body weight is 77.6%,and the plumpness is 22.48,all of which are higher than those during the aquarium cultivation period;After 30 days of pond cultivation,the transition to aquarium cultivation was achieved.The survival rates during the aquarium cultivation stage were 83.2%,89.5%,94.1%and 93.1%,all of which were higher than those during the pond cultivation stage.
