贵州松桃县猪常见疫病流行病学调查 被引量:1

Epidemiological Investigation of Common Pig Diseases in Songtao County,Guizhou Province

摘要 为掌握松桃县规模化猪场常见病毒病和细菌病感染状况和流行情况,本研究采用ELISA试剂盒对384份猪血清样品中常见病毒抗体进行检测,并采用荧光定量PCR方法对80份病死猪肺脏组织中易感病毒和细菌进行核酸检测,对265份鼻拭子进行易感细菌核酸检测。结果显示,育肥猪、公猪、母猪的口蹄疫、圆环、猪瘟和蓝耳病毒抗体阳性率均在90%以上,公猪和母猪的流行性腹泻阳性抗体率分别为60.00%和59.02%,公猪伪狂犬gE抗体阳性率为6.90%;病死猪圆环病毒2型阳性率为100%、链球菌阳性率为42.5%、蓝耳病毒阳性率为2.5%;断奶仔猪、育肥猪、公猪和母猪的链球菌检出率分别为70.83%、88.67%、100%、96.77%,肺炎支原体检出率分别为37.5%、35.56%、26.67%和11.29%。 In order to understand the infection status and prevalence of common viral and bacterial diseases in large-scale pig farms in Songtao County,this study used ELISA kit to detect common viral antibodies in 384 pig serum samples.The nucleic acid of susceptible viruses and bacteria in 80 lung tissues and 265 nasal swabs were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR.The results showed that the positive rates of antibody against foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV),porcine circovirus virus(PCV),classical swine fever virus(CSFV)and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)in fattening pigs,boars and sows were above 90%,the positive rates of antibody against porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV)in boars and sows were 60.00%and 59.02%,respectively,and the positive rates of procine pseudorabies virus gE(PRV)antibody in boars were 6.90%.The positive rate of porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2)was 100%,Streptococcus suis(SS)42.5%and PRRSV 2.5%.The detection rates of SS in weaned piglets,growing and fattening pigs,boars and sows were 70.83%,88.67%,100%and 96.77%,respectively.The detection rates of mycoplasma hyopneumoniae(Mhp)were 37.5%,35.56%,26.67%and 11.29%,respectively.
