近年,猪病一直困扰着养猪业的发展,通过药物治疗、接种疫苗等防治方法效果有限。为从本质上提高猪病的抗病力,该文通过对猪喘气病、猪链球菌病、猪传染性胸膜肺炎以及猪蓝耳病的抗性基因研究的介绍,了解猪病抗性基因筛选的主要方法和进展,有望对猪抗病育种的进一步研究提供参考。

In recent years,swine disease has been hindering the development of the pig industry,The drug treatment,vaccination and other control methods have limited effect.In order to improve the disease resistance of swine essentially,this paper introduced the research on the resistant genes of swine enzootic pneumonia,swine streptococcosis,porcine pleuropneumonia and PRRS,to understand the main methods and progress of screening pig disease resistance genes.It is expected to provide reference for further research on disease resistance breeding of swine.
