子宫蓄脓是母犬常见的生殖系统疾病,一般多由细菌侵入生殖系统感染,产生炎症并有脓性分泌物积蓄,同时伴发其他器官损伤,贻误治疗会导致死亡。该文通过流行病学调查,结合临床症状和血常规、生化检查、血气检查、炎症检查及影像学检查等实验室检查结果,确诊一犬为闭合型子宫蓄脓并发肾衰竭,通过术前评估补液,手术切除卵巢和病变子宫体,术后消炎利尿等综合治疗,病犬痊愈,各项指标恢复正常。

Pyometra is a common reproductive system disease in female dogs.Generally,bacteria invade the reproductive system and infect it,causing inflammation and accumulation of purulent secretions.At the same time,it is accompanied by other organ damage,which will endanger life if treatment is delayed.Through epidemiological investigation,combined with clinical symptoms,blood routine tests,biochemical tests,blood gas tests,inflammation tests,and imaging examinations,a dog was diagnosed with closed uterine pyogenesis complicated with renal failure.Through preoperative evaluation and fluid replacement,surgical removal of ovaries and diseased uterine bodies,postoperative anti-inflammatory and diuretic treatment,the sick dog recovered and all indicators returned to normal.
